Ready stock & boutique sourcing

Choosing collections for your store and planning replenishment.

How can boutiques and retailers buy ready stock?

Selected styles are available from ready stock for boutiques and retailers. Current styles, quantities, order terms and dispatch timing are confirmed on enquiry. Share your preferred categories or style codes, quantities and delivery destination. Choose Ready stock enquiry in the form to request the current selection.

Is every catalogue style available from stock?

Catalogue inclusion does not indicate live stock for every style. Ask us to confirm the available colours, quantities, rates and dispatch timing for the codes you are interested in. Styles can also be discussed for made-to-order production.

How can I replenish a style that sells well in my store?

Share the style code, quantities and the date you need the garments. We will confirm whether stock is available or fresh production is needed. The typical retail replenishment timeline is 20–30 calendar days after advance receipt and sample approval. Stock order terms and dispatch timing are confirmed separately.

How can I choose styles for my boutique’s customers?

Start with your customer profile, selling prices and your own category sales. Explore SILQ dresses, co-ord sets, jumpsuits, tops and bottoms to build a focused assortment. Request the current collection and discuss samples or swatches before confirming your selection. Use your store’s sales results to guide replenishment.

How can I find out about new styles and collection updates?

Request the current collection from our team and share your buying calendar and preferred categories. We will discuss the latest available styles and suitable options for your next season. New-style availability is confirmed directly rather than on a fixed published launch schedule.

Can I review a new category before committing to an order?

Yes. Ask for current collection images and garment details, then discuss samples or fabric swatches on agreed terms. Selected ready stock offers another way to introduce a style without waiting for fresh production. Confirm available quantities and commercial terms with our team, then use your sales results to plan repeat orders.

How are SILQ garments finished and presented for retail?

Our team handles thread trimming, final inspection and professional steam pressing. SILQ fabric labels and premium hang tags identify our branded collection. Discuss garment measurements, fabric and presentation requirements before confirming your selection.

Wholesale & distribution

Minimums, complete sets, volume pricing and manufacturing capacity.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale production?

The production minimum is 100 units per style, per colour or print. Custom fabrics or prints may require 500 units. The minimum is confirmed after reviewing your requirements. Ready-stock quantities and order terms are confirmed for the available selection.

How are co-ord set quantities counted?

For co-ord sets, one unit means one complete set. The minimum is 100 complete sets per style, per colour or print.

What should a distributor send for a wholesale quote?

Send catalogue style codes, quantities by colour or print, your market and sales channel, target wholesale price, any fabric or packing requirements, and the delivery city and country. Include your expected buying frequency and target margins for repeat supply. If you have a tech pack or patterns, share them so we can review your specification. Garment rates and commercial terms are confirmed for your requirement.

What production capacity is available for wholesale supply?

Our combined annual capacity is 150,000 garments across our own unit and supervised stitching partners. Share forecast quantities and your buying frequency so we can discuss repeat production. Capacity is a planning figure; each order’s production slot and delivery schedule are confirmed separately.

Private label & manufacturing

Your technical brief, branding, materials and production responsibilities.

What is OEM manufacturing?

OEM means manufacturing to a buyer’s design requirements. Start with your design ideas, sketches or references, or share a tech pack and patterns if available. SILQ helps develop the idea into an agreed garment specification before sampling and production. Include quantities, materials and your delivery destination. Buyer-brand labels can be applied, with specifications and costs agreed for the order.

Can SILQ help develop my design idea without a tech pack?

Start with your design ideas, sketches or references, or share a tech pack and patterns if available. SILQ helps develop the idea into an agreed garment specification before sampling and production. A tech pack describes garment measurements, construction, materials, trims and finishing. Include quantities by style, colour or print, label requirements, your target launch date and delivery destination so SILQ can review the scope.

Can SILQ use my brand’s labels, hang tags and packaging?

Buyer-brand labels, hang tags and packaging requirements can be incorporated according to approved specifications. Artwork, placement, quantities and costs are confirmed for each order. Share your label artwork, placement and presentation requirements with the production brief.

Who sources fabrics and trims for my brand’s order?

Fabric and trims may be sourced by SILQ or supplied by the buyer, depending on the order. Confirm material specifications and who will supply each item before sampling. Custom fabrics or prints may require 500 units. The minimum is confirmed after reviewing your requirements.

Which production steps are handled by SILQ and which use partners?

Sampling and cutting in our own unit; stitching in our own unit and partner units supervised by SILQ. Specialist partners handle printing, dyeing and embroidery. The SILQ team handles finishing and quality checks, and our Ajmer team packs and dispatches orders.

Sampling, fabrics & timelines

Sample development, swatches, materials and bulk order planning.

How long does sampling take?

Typical sampling takes 7–10 calendar days. The sampling start date is agreed once the brief and design are confirmed and fabric is available. The scope and schedule are confirmed for your garment.

How long does a bulk production order take?

Typical production order timelines are 20–30 calendar days for retail replenishment, 30–45 calendar days for wholesale and distribution, and 45–60 calendar days for private label. The bulk order timeline starts after the advance payment is received and the sample is approved. Fabric sourcing and delivery arrangements are reviewed when confirming your order schedule. Ready-stock dispatch timing is confirmed separately.

Who pays for samples, and can sample charges be credited?

Sampling costs are borne by the buyer. Charges are quoted by complexity, with one sample revision included. Sample charges are adjusted against a bulk order. The credit is confirmed in your quote.

How does sample review work for my fashion brand?

Our sampling team makes the garment against the agreed brief. Review fit, fabric and construction before approving the sample for bulk production. One sample revision is included in the sample quote; discuss any further development before proceeding. The bulk order timeline starts after both sample approval and receipt of the advance.

Can I request fabric swatches?

Fabric swatches are available on request. Any charges and shipping arrangements are confirmed before sending.

Which fabrics does SILQ use?

Our fabric range includes Polyester, Cotton, Crepe. Current catalogue listings use Polyester. Confirm materials and specifications for any new production brief.
